At Ellaryse we strive to provide you with a great shopping experience. Not happy with your order? Don't worry, you can return it under certain conditions
returns. Read below how our returns policy works.

Returns Policy

According to Belgian law (Article VI.47 of the Code of Economic Law), you have the right to revoke your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Please note that for reasons of hygiene and health, some items are excluded from
this right.

What can be returned?

Products that are in original, unused condition.

Items with labels, accessories and packaging still intact.

What can NOT be returned?

Lingerie sets where the sealed packaging (shipping packaging) has been opened, in accordance with Article VI.53(e) of the Code of Economic Law.

These rules have been drawn up to ensure the hygiene and safety of all our customers.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept items if the seal has been broken.

How do you return an item?

1. Get in touch

Please send an email to info@ellaryse.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
You will then receive instructions and the return address of our center in Belgium.

2. Prepare your package

Please follow the return instructions you will receive via email.

Make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Please write your order number on the package or add it to the contents.

Please choose a shipping method with a Track & Trace code and send this information to info@ellaryse.com .

3. Return Shipping Costs

The costs for returning a package are at your own expense.

Belgian customers can use our returns center in Belgium to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if it has been approved. If approved:

The amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

Please allow a processing time of several business days by your bank or credit card company.

NB:

Items that have been unsealed or shipped outside the 14-day return period will not be refunded.

Lingerie sets are only eligible if the seal remains intact.

Swap

Did you order the wrong size? For lingerie sets we offer a free exchange, as long as the packaging remains unopened. For this, please contact info@ellaryse.com .

Why do we have this policy?

At Ellaryse we take hygiene and product quality very seriously. Returned lingerie cannot be resold for safety reasons, even if it appears unused. This policy allows us to ensure that every customer receives a clean and undamaged product.
